Food Recipe: Macaroni and Cheese

British American style food is often called ‘Mac and Cheese’. Makes it easy and delicious savory taste. This one wears 3 different types of cheese that is super tasty. Of course it was so savory sticky especially when still warm.

250 g elbow macaroni
100 g unsalted butter
2 tablespoons flour
750 ml fresh milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp mustard paste
200 g grated cheddar cheese
100 g grated parmesan cheese
50 g white flour panir rough
100 g grated cheddar cheese
100 g mozzarella cheese cut into rough

How to Make:

Boil elbow macaroni in water until soft enough. Drain.
Flush with cold boiled water, drain.
Melt the butter, put flour, stirring until blended.
Pour the milk while stirring until well blended.
Add salt, nutmeg, pepper and mustard. Stir well.
Enter the macaroni and cheese, stir well.
Pour into a heat-resistant wasah butter that has been polished.
Topping: mix all ingredients together.
Sprinkle over the macaroni.
Bake in hot oven 180 C for 30 minutes.
Remove and serve warm.
